Natural, regional, and seasonal are the three key ingredients for culinary delight at the Alpenhotel Kitzbühel. Chef de Cuisine Jochen Popp and his team primarily rely on products from local farmers. Wild game is sourced from their own hunting grounds in the Karwendel and Rofan mountains. At the hotel's own organic farm shop, you'll find a select range of high-quality organic products, lovingly crafted by dedicated organic farmers from Kitzbühel.
