Check-in | Check-out:
On the day of arrival, the rooms or suites are available from 15:00 at the earliest. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or view.
Deposit & Conditions:
The reservation is valid when we have received a deposit of 50 % of the total amount immediately after receipt of the written reservation confirmation. You will then receive a written confirmation and a binding reservation commitment. The balance is due on arrival or guaranteed by credit card. We accept all major credit cards (except American Express) and EC cards.

In addition, the general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
Cancellations are only valid in written form.
- From 3 days before the start of the vacation or in case of a no-show, we charge 80% of the booked stay.
- From 28 to 4 days before the start of the vacation, we charge 50% of the package price.
- Up to 29 days before the start of the vacation, no cancellation fees apply.
Exception: Christmas, New Year's Eve, Hahnenkamm (20.12.25 – 06.01.26 & 20.01.26 – 25.01.26)
- From 30 days before the start of the vacation or in case of a no-show, we charge 80% of the booked stay.
- From 60 to 31 days before the start of the vacation, we charge 50% of the package price.
- Up to 61 days before the start of the vacation, no cancellation fees apply.
Early booking bonus.
Take advantage of the early booking bonus and receive a 5% discount on your stay for bookings of 5 nights or more (excluding packages and offers).
- Early booking bonus for your summer reservation: for direct bookings and deposits made by April 30th
- Early booking bonus for your winter reservation: for direct bookings and deposits made by September 30th
Long-stay bonus from 9 nights: 3% discount starting from the 9th night
Children disount.
with 2 full-paying adults as the 3rd or 4th person:
0 - 2,9 years free
3 - 10,9 years 50 % discount
11 - 17,9 years 30 % discount
18 years and older 10 % discount
Supplements.
- Single room supplement: € 75,00 per person/night in Double Room Classic | Double Room Comfort, Rooftop Double Room Classic, Rooftop Double Room Comfort - +60 % of the breakfast price per day | for all other categories, minimum occupancy of 2 persons (minimum 2 full-paying adults).
- Short trip supplement: € 15,00 per person/night
- Festive supplements: Christmas dinner € 70,00 per person / new year's eve dinner € 110,00 per person (Children up to 5.9 years old: free Children 6 - 17.9 years old: 50 % discount)
- Hahnenkamm supplement: 21.-26.01.2025 + 10% surcharge on Season C
Others.
- Deduction half-board (just breakfast): € 15,00 per person a day
- Dogs with pre-registration: € 30,00 per dog a day (without food), max. 2 dogs per room (no access ot Restaurant and wellness-area)
Travel Insurance.
We recommend you a travel insurance. You have the option to either book insurance through us when you make your reservation, or you can ask your insurance company for advice.
